Order management specialist with languages (German/Spanish/Portuguese/Russian)

For our client - we are looking for candidates for the position of Order Management Specialist

 

What will you do?

• Handle and optimize daily transactional tasks to meet SLA and KPI targets, following standardized procedures.

• Support and lead process improvement initiatives and related projects.

• Ensure full compliance with all applicable regulations and internal/external guidelines.

• Maintain effective communication with both internal and external customers and stakeholders.

• Create and regularly update operational process documentation.

• Serve as a backup for team members and actively contribute to knowledge sharing and transfer.

• Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships across teams and with clients.

• Foster a problem-solving mindset by identifying issues and proposing effective solutions.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor degree.

• Experience in a Customer Service areaenvironment is nive to have.

• Familiarity with business process management at any level of experience.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and meet client needs.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

• Previous experience in a Shared Services Center environment is a plus.

Language requirements:

• Fluent English (B2) and German (C1) 

• or English and German and Russian
• or English and German and Spanish
• or English and Spanish and Portuguese
