position: Payroll Team Leader (EMEA)

Responsibilities:
- supervision over the team of Senior Payroll Specialists
- ensuring that all data is correctly entered and transferred to payroll system and vendors for all payrolls in the EMEA region
- end-to-end payroll processing
- communication with stakeholders regarding payroll procedures and process
- analyzing payroll process for KPI reporting
- overseeing all vendors to ensure correct gross to net processing and statutory requirements
- process improvements across EMEA region
Requirements:
- previous experience in people management role
- experience in payroll process, preferably in EMEA
- fluency in English, both written and spoken
- strong analytical skills
- ability to cooperate globally with senior stakeholders
