For our international client in the financial sector, we are looking for an ESG Reporting Expert with strong experience in ESG frameworks (CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ESG non-financial reporting processes (tools, standards, procedures) in line with CSRD, ESRS, and EU Taxonomy.
- Lead the preparation of the sustainability report.
- Coordinate data collection and ESG reporting across internal departments.
- Collaborate with ESG auditors and international group teams.
- Provide recommendations and support ESG-related initiatives.
- Monitor ESG regulations and market trends.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of ESG frameworks (CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy).
- 4+ years of experience in financial and/or non-financial reporting.
- Experience in leading a team or coordinating the work of others.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset, creativity, and strong sense of ownership.
- Fluent in English.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
