Financial Reporting Senior Manager

Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CIMA) preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in financial reporting, including SEC, IFRS or GAAP standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and disclosures.
- Solid understanding of accounting policies and their practical application.
- Experience in leading teams and managing change.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Risk awareness and focus on controls and compliance.
