FP&A Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with finance and non-finance teams across Europe and international markets to ensure clear and consistent communication.
• Work alongside the Division Controller, Commercial Finance, and other key functions to interpret financial outcomes and provide context behind the numbers.
• Contribute to the improvement and automation of Sales Management Reporting processes to enhance efficiency and data quality.
• Ensure timely and accurate input of forecast and planning data into corporate systems.
• Assist in the creation and refinement of management reports to support data-driven business decisions.
• Actively participate in identifying areas for process optimization and support the implementation of improvement initiatives.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage but not mandatory
• Min. 1 year of experience in controlling, financial forecasting, planning, and management reporting within an international corporate environment
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Fluent command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to pinpoint critical business challenges and develop effective solutions
• Excellent communication skills to clearly present complex financial and operational data to diverse stakeholders
• Proactive and results-driven personality with a positive “can-do” approach and capability to engage and influence decision-makers
• Experience with financial consolidation and planning tools such as HFM (Hyperion Planning/EPM) and Power BI is desirable
• Self-starter with high energy and motivation to deliver results independently
