Regulatory Risk & AI Modelling Senior Analyst

Requirements:
- University degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong background in Regulatory Compliance and control frameworks.
- Experience working in Financial Services, preferably in a bank.
- Agile development experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and data modeling/ETL concepts.
- Experience with ML, NLP, Generative AI, and advanced statistical methods.
- Visualization skills with tools like Tableau or Qlik.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, GIT, Confluence, and advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to explain complex models to business stakeholders and senior management.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a dynamic, changing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
