Duties:

  1. Conduct salary surveys and market research to determine competitive pay rates for various positions across different locations.
  2. Develop standardized processes for defining and assigning job codes, families, and roles.
  3. Analyze compensation data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with HR, department heads, and stakeholders to assess the current employee structure and suggest enhancements.
  5. Work with Global HRIS and Senior Business Analyst to ensure accurate representation of employee data in relevant systems.
  6. Offer guidance to HR teams and managers on compensation matters, including job codes, salary structures, and incentives.
  7. Evaluate compensation programs' effectiveness and propose adjustments as necessary.
  8. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices in compensation administration.
  9. Diversity Initiatives, such as Equal Pay Analysis, to ensure fairness across demographics within the organization by analyzing salary data and addressing disparities based on gender, race, or ethnicity.

 

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration/ Intelligence, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  2. Min 5 years of experience in compensation analysis or related field, preferably in a global or multinational organization.
  3. Proven experience in organizational development, or related roles with a focus on employee structure
  4. Proficiency in compensation analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, HRIS, SAP Successfactors, compensation survey databases). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
