Main responsibilities:

  • Implement HR strategies, policies, procedures, HR initiatives and projects in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • People partnering for managers and employees by providing guidance and support on HR-related matters, manage employee relations and lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and boost employee morale.
  • Recruitment of new employees.
  • Coordinate on- and offboarding process.
  • Ensure HR compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations, staying up to date with any changes.
  • Conduct HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure HR practices are aligned with company policies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR to continually enhance HR processes.

 

Your profile:

  • Demonstrated experience with HR compliance and relevant labour laws and regulations (ideally in an international modern environment).
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices.
  • The ability to foster a positive and productive work culture.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English and Polish and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written – must have.
