HR & Payroll Specialist with Portuguese

Key responsibilities: 

  • Processing of ongoing tickets from entities in scope (Portugal) e.g. a request for a change of employee personal data in the system (SAP)
  • Contact with the national HR unit, e.g. clarification of an error in an insurance application,
  • further processing in the system,
  • Working as 1st line of HR support for employees located in Portugal (e.g. answering questions about salary, bonuses etc.)
  • Creating, generating and analysing HR reports

Employer requirements:

  • Portuguese language knowledge at C1 level
  • English language knowledge at B2 level
  • 1 year of experience in the field of HR or Payroll
  • Knowledge of Portuguese labour law

Optional:

  • Experience with SAP
  • Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
