Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate as a key driver in the ongoing HR transformation journey within the vibrant CEE region, steering the implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors suite.
  • Spearhead and foster the growth of the team and competencies within the esteemed regional iHR Hub, comprised of accomplished module and functional experts. This esteemed team not only supports the continuous implementation of SAP SF but also provides countries with comprehensive application support and propels further development.
  • Take the helm of the HR IT implementation stream, leading the way in the digitalization and modernization of HR processes across the thriving CEE region. This entails overseeing the seamless implementation of essential modules, seamless integration, meticulous data migration, and unwavering commitment to data security.
  • Make a notable contribution to shaping the illustrious International HR digital strategy, ensuring its seamless alignment with globally renowned initiatives that drive organizational success.
  • Exhibit outstanding leadership skills by spearheading and actively participating in various high-priority international and global initiatives in accordance with predefined priorities.

Preferred Candidate Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable expertise in the realm of project management and astute people management, with a distinguished track record in:
    • Implementing cutting-edge HR cloud-based solutions, preferably with a strong command of SAP SF, coupled with a solid technical foundation encompassing SAP SF modules, SAP HCM, and related domains.
    • Leading HR transformation projects with a keen focus on HR Processes Digitalization.
    • Overseeing international projects of similar magnitude and scope to the prestigious HR Transformation.
  • A proven aptitude in effectively managing and nurturing teams across both project-oriented and standard operational landscapes.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills that foster seamless collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Astute ability to connect intricate technical aspects with the ever-evolving needs of the business, ensuring a harmonious synergy between the two.
  • Fluent proficiency in the English language.
