Role Description
We are looking for a talented Junior Customer Service Specialist fluent in Slovenian to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing high-quality support to our Slovenian-speaking customers. Your daily duties will include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions. You will also be tasked with documenting customer interactions and maintaining updated customer records. This is a remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovenian (C1) and very good English (B2)
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills and the ability to work with customer management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
