We are looking for a Junior Finance Analyst with German to join our Distribution Finance team. In this role, you will work with sales and financial data, support compensation processes, and collaborate with internal teams and distributors across Europe.

 

Junior Finance Analyst with German

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Prepare Bill-back compensation calculations based on provided data
  • Review and correct basic First Pass Yield issues
  • Handle straightforward distributor inquiries and complaints
  • Support monthly performance targets
  • Use SAP (including Vistex) to complete daily tasks and help resolve team-level issues
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and SOx-related controls
  • Maintain documentation, including guidelines and process updates
  • Identify opportunities to simplify or improve existing workflows
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues in an international environment

 

We are looking for:

  • Previous experience in analytical tasks and solving operational issues
  • University degree in finance, accounting, business, or relevant field 
  • Strong command of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Working knowledge of SAP and a good understanding of financial processes
  • Very good English and German skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
