Junior Finance Specialist with German

 

We are currently looking for Junior Finance Specialists with German to join an international finance team. This is a great opportunity for candidates who want to develop their career in finance, accounting, or business operations within a global organization.

In this role, you will support daily financial processes, cooperate with international stakeholders, and help ensure smooth and compliant operations.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Support daily finance and accounting activities
  • Assist in invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliation
  • Respond to queries from suppliers, distributors, and internal stakeholders
  • Perform basic financial calculations and data analysis
  • Work with SAP and MS Excel to manage financial data
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Maintain documentation and process guidelines
  • Identify areas for improvement and support process optimization initiatives
  • Cooperate with various departments such as Finance, Procurement, and Customer Service

 

We are looking for:

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or during studies)
  • First experience in finance, accounting, customer service, or business support is an advantage
  • Very good command of English and German (written and spoken)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving approach
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills
