(Junior) Private Capital Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Verification of ownership for various fund structures, including funds of funds, private equity, real estate funds, their SPVs, and all associated entities, based on provided documentation.
  • Maintaining records of investment activities.
  • Reviewing investment-related documents.
  • Ensuring receipt of all necessary documentation, and reaching out to clients if further information is needed.
  • Performing cash monitoring and other depositary control functions in line with regulatory standards.
  • Building and sustaining relationships with internal and external clients and other important stakeholders.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients.

Requirements:

  • University degree or current enrollment in a degree program.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Openness to new challenges and a proactive approach to improving existing processes.

Nice-to-have Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Private Capital.
  • Understanding of recordkeeping for transactions like capital calls, distributions, equity purchases, debt financing, and real estate investments specific to PERE funds.
  • Knowledge of AIFMD regulatory framework.
  • Technical knowledge of relevant applications, including the FIA e-Front platform.
