Key Responsibilities:
- Customize & optimize the Product Development Process (PDP) for eDrive systems.
- Implement the V-Cycle process for mechanical engineering components.
- Align development with the Stage-Gate Model, setting clear milestones.
- Develop and refine workflow guidelines, templates, and documentation.
- Collaborate with global teams to standardize processes and improve efficiency.
- Lead training & knowledge transfer on tailored development frameworks.
- Support Stage-Gate reviews and ensure compliance with process requirements.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering (Bachelor’s/Master’s).
- 7+ years of engineering experience in an industrial setting.
- Expertise in V-Cycle process, Stage-Gate models & process optimization.
- Experience in APQP, DFM/DFA, CAD, and PLM tools (TeamCenter, NX).
