We are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Airfield Structural Design Engineer to join our Client's team.
Location: Warsaw
Responsibilities:
- lead the structural design and analysis of airfield components, ensuring compliance with international codes and standards
- collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architectural, MEP, and transportation disciplines, to ensure cohesive project integration
- implement and adhere to quality procedures, ensuring all designs meet the required standards and specifications
- provide technical support during construction phases, addressing any structural engineering challenges encountered
Requirements:
- proven experience in the design of airfield structures, including pavements, foundations, and supporting infrastructure (runways, taxiways, aprons).
- strong knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles related to airfield design, including load capacity and material selection.
- proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, Bentley OpenRoads).
- experience in compliance with international standards and regulations (ICAO, FAA, EASA).
- ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and oversee the integration of structural designs with other airfield systems.
- fluent English
