Tasks:
- Managing order to cash process
- Daily contact with clients via different channels
- Ensuring that deliveries and customer's requirements are properly dealt with
- Cooperating with stakeholders, other departments
- Handling complaints
Requirements:
- Fluent knowledge of English and German
- SAP knowledge will be a plus but is not necessary
- Customer (B2B) service experience or similar, preferably in an international environment
- Very good problem-solving skills
