Order Management Specialist with Languages
For our client - a leading production company from the industries sector, we are looking for an Order Management Specialist with Italian/Portuguese/German/French/Spanish, who will be responsible for order management cooperation with company's business clients
Key Responsibilities:

Providing customer service on an agreed level to a group of assigned customers/accounts

Order handling, documentation, and invoicing, managing shipping documents as well as providing solutions to operational problems related to the order delivery chain

Handling customer orders in SAP from inquiry to delivery and invoicing

Investigating credit and debit requests and queries to issue credit/debit as necessary

Processing customer returns/complaints

Close cooperation with other departments
- Taking care of maintaining positive relations with customers
Requirements:

Previous experience in the field of order management/customer support /sales / logistics / supply chain / collection would be an asset

At least B2 level of Italian/Portuguese/German/French/Spanish and English languages

Knowledge of ERP systems is an asset

Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- Multitasking, out of box thinker with a positive attitude, active listening skills
