About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Specialist to join our Client's Local Finance & Permanent Control team as the ORMF Tool Coordinator. This global-facing role is key to managing the internal risk and control tool (ORMF(1)) used across all Client's entities. You’ll act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the tool in Poland, ensuring coordination, reporting, and engagement with both internal teams and Group stakeholders.
The role is ideal for someone with strong analytical, project management, and communication skills, who enjoys working across complex systems and collaborating with diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate use and data quality of the ORMF(1) tool across global AM functions.

Maintain control libraries, procedures, and dashboards.

Manage local and global control sign-offs and cascade group procedures as required.

Produce recurring reports and dashboards to support risk committees and senior management.

Represent the team in regular global calls and meetings.

Act as the central knowledge point for the tool and provide guidance to local teams.
What we're looking for:

Minimum 5 years of experience in audit, project management, or risk-related roles (Big 4 background welcomed).

Strong Excel skills (functions such as SUMIFS, IFERROR; no VBA required); experience with Tableau or/and Salesforce

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

English at B2 level minimum; French at B1/B2 level is preferred.

Experience in asset management, banking, or financial services is a strong asset.
