Payroll Specialist [100% remote]

Location: This position is 100% remote (polish office based in Wrocław)
Terms of employment: fixed-term contract which can be extended
For our Client, who is a leader in Data Intelligence, we are looking for payroll specialist. The Candidate will provide top level payroll support and be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle.
Duties:
• Preparing and processing payroll for various European countries, including Poland
• Managing payroll and payroll tax payments
• Assisting with payroll implementations with new vendors across different countries
• Preparing and following up on necessary reports
• Supporting as a first line for employees with payroll-related questions
• Documenting workflows and procedures, updating existing ones
• Supporting the payroll team with various projects and initiatives
Requirements:
• 3-4 years of professional experience as a Payroll Specialist
• Experience in Polish payroll (must have!)
• Strong written, verbal, and virtual communication skills in both English and Polish
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required
Measures of success:
• Within your first month, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of company’s processes and procedures
• Within your third month, you will successfully process the Polish payroll
• Within your sixth month, you will be fully operational and responsible for Polish payroll and a couple of other European
