Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Production Engineer to join our dynamic team in Konin. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing and optimizing production processes, contributing directly to the efficiency and success of our manufacturing operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow professionally within a stable and expanding industrial organization.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and continuous optimization of production processes to maximize efficiency.
- Analyze production performance regularly, focusing on productivity, minimizing losses, and reducing downtime.
- Monitor production equipment operation and collaborate in resolving technical challenges promptly.
- Work closely with Maintenance, Quality, and Technology departments to ensure seamless production flow.
- Assist in the start-up phases of new installations and production processes.
- Engage actively in continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing projects.
- Ensure all processes comply with applicable Health, Safety \u0026 Environment (HSE) and process safety standards.
Qualifications
- At least one year of professional experience in a similar role; experience in chemical or heavy industry is a strong advantage.
- A university degree in a technical field such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Practical knowledge and application of Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies.
- Solid understanding of production technologies, occupational health, and process safety principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working in an international environment, demonstrating adaptability and collaboration skills.
- Proficient command of English, with a minimum B2+ level.
