Key responsibilities:
- standardizing RTR processes, continuous improvements, supporting and running projects across all entities
- performing advisory services to RTR team members
- Gathering and verifying the accuracy of financial data
- Checking journal entries and reconciling accounts
- Managing fixed assets, daily cash reports, GL balancing, sales and use tax reporting
- Recording daily transactions, maintaining balance sheets, and checking the general ledger monthly and annually to ensure accuracy
- Reconciling accounts
- Assisting in preparation of financial statements
- Ensuring compliance within internal controls
Requirements:
- University Degree in Finance, Accountancy or related
- 4 years of experience in Finance/Accounting in SSC/BPO compnay
- excellent knowledge of GL process
- SAP user
- Fluency in English (min. B2), both oral and written
- communication skills and change management mindset
