Responsibilities:
- collections and receivables management
- checking and recording agent statements
- handling telephone inquiries from internal and external clients from German market
- monitoring timely settlement transactions
- adjusting billing/booking differences with partners and other departments
- allocating cash receipts declared using agent statements to outstanding accessory claims
- supporting sales and operations teams
- preparing individual statements and individual correspondence
Requirements:
- excellent language skills - German and English at B2/C1 level, both written and spoken
- Univeristy degree, preferable in Finance and Accountancy
- first experience in Collections, Finance, Customer Service/ internships/
- well-developed communications skills and ability to build good business relations
- knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
