About the job:

We are currently hiring for the position of Director of Infrastructure Services for  a global pharmaceutical company. The position is available in the Czech Republic, Spain, Mexico, or Ireland. If you are a Senior Director with in-depth knowledge of M365 and possess strong team leadership skills, don't hesitate to apply for the position.



  • Overseeing the implementation and success of Microsoft  Office 365 services and products, positioning yourself as a go-to M365 expert and enthusiast within the company.
  • Driving M365 adoption by spearheading dynamic initiatives like roadshows, crafting informative internal blogs, and creating tutorials aimed at enhancing productivity, all while ensuring operations are smooth and secure, thus enabling employees to realize their utmost potential.
  • Holding global responsibility for the lifecycle of services and products, including acting as a key point for escalation, overseeing issue resolution and decision-making, managing release cycles, coordinating end-user communications, overseeing reporting, license management, entitlements, and setting technology standards.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with Security and Compliance guidelines and protocols as they pertain to Service/Solution Operations.
  • Collaborating closely with Microsoft 365 product engineering teams and other vendors to craft a roadmap for adoption that aligns with overarching business goals, determining investment strategies and adoption plans that resonate with cross-functional business objectives.
  • Making informed decisions regarding resource and capacity planning, aligning these with business priorities and strategies through effective collaboration with delivery and business teams.
  • Demonstrating a deep, hands-on technical and functional understanding of the M365 Platform and its associated services, leading the charge in providing robust support across the organization.
  • Cultivating and leading a team dedicated to technical product and services management, ensuring high performance and engagement.



  • Demonstrated technical proficiency in deploying, overseeing, and providing support for digital workplace solutions, with a particular emphasis on M365 and related technologies.
  • Significant leadership experience within a large-scale enterprise setting, including the ability to guide and manage  globally dispersed, cross-functional teams within a complex organizational structure.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of demystifying digital strategies for business executives and translating business needs for IT specialists.
  • Advanced interpersonal abilities, with a knack for effectively engaging and persuading various stakeholders across the organization, fostering trust, and championing transformative initiatives by leveraging both formal and informal organizational networks.
  • Comprehensive understanding of IT service management principles, coupled with a deep insight into business operations and systems, and a proven track record in streamlining processes for enhanced efficiency.
