We are currently seeking a Senior Legal Counsel for our client – an international company in the pharmaceutical industry. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to strategic legal initiatives in a dynamic global environment. Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal counsel and guidance to ensure compliance with applicable laws across Crop Science operations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, memoranda, and legal opinions.
  • Identify and mitigate legal and compliance risks.
  • Manage litigation processes and coordinate with outside counsel for strategic representation.
  • Advise management on legal decisions, pending regulatory changes, and government rulings.
  • Support business transactions and special projects, including acquisitions and joint ventures.
  • Negotiate with legal representatives of customers, trade associations, and government agencies.
  • Assist with local implementation of new business models, such as e-commerce and agency models.

 

Requirements:

  • A Master’s degree in Law.
  • Minimum of 5 years of legal experience.
  • In-depth expertise in commercial law and life sciences law, with practical experience in the life sciences sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Polish law.
  • Fluent Polish and English..
  • Proven ability to manage cross-departmental projects in complex, international environments.
  • Demonstrated capacity to handle multiple projects and cases simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently with legal documents and agreements, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with a pro-business approach and customer orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills, essential for building long-term partnerships.
