Job description:
- Managing and supporting the process of planned remuneration calculation in accordance with EMEA procedures
- Contact with the Tax Office, health care institutions and other entities
- Resolving queries regarding employee salaries
- Collaborate with HR, Finance and other departments to ensure timely and accurate payroll calculations
- Continuing cooperation with payroll service providers to ensure the best quality of services
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement by optimizing, standardizing and automating processes in collaboration with the EMEA Payroll team
- Cooperation with internal and external auditors
- Performing accounting activities related to payroll (preparation and posting of journals, month-end closing, reconciliation)
- Pension payment processing, cost review and payment reconciliation
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an internal payroll department in an international shared services center
- Knowledge of the Accurat HCM system is crucial
- Advanced knowledge of English
- Education in payroll, accounting, business management or related field
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors, ServiceNow and SAP will be an added advantage
- Excellent customer service skills
- Analytical skills and ability to solve problems
