(Senior) Procurement Analyst with Italian - on this position you will be responsible for indirect procurement transactions in the EMEA region. The operational procurement analysts cooperate closely with local entities as well as sourcing.

position: Procurement Analyst with Italian

office location: Warsaw (Centre)
Responsibilities:
- indirect procurement transactions in Italian and English
- close cooperation with local entities and sourcing partners (EMEA region)
- processing Purchase Requests, procurement-related helpdesk activities, and reviewing and resolving invoice reconciliation items for purchase order-related invoices
- purchase orders lifecycle management
- Manages changed requisitions or closes POs if no longer needed
- Manages PO changes: Upon supplier/user request to amend POs, follows up with user/supplier to determine feasibility; changes/modifies POs if needed. If no resolution can be achieved escalates to team lead and other responsible persons using standard procedures
- managing open purchase orders and timely receipt and invoicing of goods and services
- negotiate favorable payment terms with suppliers
- providing guidance to end users during the requisitioning process: systemic and company policy-related
- Involves in projects related to procurement processes and digital procurement
Requirements:
- knowledge of languages: English and Italian at least B2/C1 level
- min. Bachelor's degree
- min. 2 years of experience in procurement area
- experience in SSC sector - as an asset
- practical user of SAP and ARIBA - will be a plus
- quality awareness and problem-solving skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Flexibility in adaptation to a fast-changing working environment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
