We are introducing a pivotal role dedicated to deploying, codifying, scaling, executing, and tracking Personalization at Scale (P@S) activation and First Party Data acquisition across our campaigns in Europe. The primary goal is to enhance the effectiveness of our media and communications strategies through personalized engagement models.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Personalization @ Scale strategies and campaigns in collaboration with BU Marketing Teams, Media Agencies, and Key Media Partners.
  • Optimize Personalization at Scale across sector campaigns and plan digital campaigns utilizing 1P data.
  • Ensure assets are effectively utilized from our DAM Platform and promote asset reuse across campaigns.
  • Act as an advocate for DAM solutions and facilitate asset sharing and reuse for Brand Teams globally.
  • Track and communicate the results of Personalization @ Scale implementation and report productivity for related activities.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, specializing in Personalization at Scale.
  • Strong asset management skills and proven practice.
  • Proficiency in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in utilizing 1st-party data in advertising campaigns.
  • Familiarity with DMP, CDP platforms (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Proficient in executing Lead Ads campaigns on media platforms such as META, Google, TikTok.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to derive meaningful insights.
  • Innovative, collaborative, and technically fluent.
