Specialist with knowledge of Czech and Slovak (or additional languages) or Danish
For our client - an international company from the production sector, we are looking for specialists with knowledge of foreign languages to join the offices in Krakow or Poznan
Responsibilities:
- Accurately process customer orders into the company's order management system
- Ensure all order details, pricing, and customer information are entered correctly
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to clarify any order-related queries
- Communicate effectively with Sales, Customer Support, and other relevant departments as needed
- Address and resolve order-related issues promptly and efficiently
- Collaborate with the Local Sales Support team to ensure seamless coordination in the order entry process
Requirements:
- C1 level of Czech + (any additional European languages e.g. Slovak) OR C1 level of Danish
- Advanced knowledge of English - B2
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong customer and stakeholder orientation
- Desire to develop in the international environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
