For our Client, manufacturing company located in Legnica, we are looking for SSC Manager to lead a small team and coordinate accounting processes. Please share your resume in English.
Responsibilities:
- Management and coordination of a team of about 20 people
- Cooperation in the construction of the Shared Services Center for Polish and foreign companies
- Supporting Group Companies in the proper functioning of accounting processes in AP and AR processing, Treasury and Fixed Assets
- Participate in the development and updating of procedures and processes
- Collaborate with the CFO, Management Board and the Group
- Monitor and supervise the proper circulation of electronic accounting documents
- Collaborate in adapting the SAP program to current accounting and tax regulations
- Ongoing monitoring of changes in legal and tax regulations
- Cooperation with external institutions (US, NBP, Auditors, banks, etc.)
- Preparation of shareholder and management resolutions
- Reporting KPIs to the supervisor and the board of directors
- Monitor and control bank guarantees
- Drafting insurance events in accordance with Group standards
- Oversee insurance policy for Polish companies in cooperation with broker and head office
- Oversee the settlement of large investments in Polish companies
- Prepare presentations for the needs of superiors
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position min. 5 years
- Higher education in the field of accounting and taxes
- Very good knowledge of accounting and financial issues
- Leadership skills and ability to engage others
- Practical knowledge of SAP software
- English - advanced level (C1)
- Knowledge of MS Office package, especially Power Point and Excel
- Ability to organize own and team work very well
- Ability to think analytically and solve problems
- Communication skills at a high level
- Goal orientation and ability to work effectively within tight deadlines
