Support Analyst with Romanian
Responsibilities

Contract management: support preparation of different type of contracts for cli

Extract customer database from internal applications

End-to-end PO generation and administration (including approvals and follow-up)

Sales team ad hoc requests

Maintain and update data and data analysis according to business needs

Provide tracking and monitoring on the main KPIs
Qualifications:

University degree

Very good oral and written communication skills, both in English and Romanian

Results oriented, team player with positive, can do attitude

Very good analytical skills and numeric abilities

Strong Microsoft Office package knowledge

Self-learner, willingness to develop skills according to role requirements
