We are looking for a Testing Manager for our client from the banking sector. The successful candidate will lead the testing strategy for Control-M technology and ensure quality is embedded into every phase of the development and deployment lifecycle.


Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement testing strategies and define testing approaches for various products.
  • Build relationships with Product Owners, technical leads, and the global testing community.
  • Maintain and update test strategies and plans, ensuring they reflect current requirements.
  • Develop and maintain test frameworks and automate testing processes.
  • Introduce KPIs and metrics to evaluate the success of testing practices.
  • Manage the necessary testing infrastructure and evaluate the introduction of new tools where needed.

What we expect from you:

  • Proven background in testing within a dynamic IT environment.
  • Experience with test automation tools and processes.
  • Strategic planning skills, including the ability to evaluate the success of testing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with various types of testing (unit, performance, regression, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with global teams across geographies and cultures.
  • (Nice to have) Familiarity with Workload Automation tools, such as Control-M.
