We are looking for a Testing Manager for our client from the banking sector. The successful candidate will lead the testing strategy for Control-M technology and ensure quality is embedded into every phase of the development and deployment lifecycle.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop and implement testing strategies and define testing approaches for various products.
- Build relationships with Product Owners, technical leads, and the global testing community.
- Maintain and update test strategies and plans, ensuring they reflect current requirements.
- Develop and maintain test frameworks and automate testing processes.
- Introduce KPIs and metrics to evaluate the success of testing practices.
- Manage the necessary testing infrastructure and evaluate the introduction of new tools where needed.
What we expect from you:
- Proven background in testing within a dynamic IT environment.
- Experience with test automation tools and processes.
- Strategic planning skills, including the ability to evaluate the success of testing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with various types of testing (unit, performance, regression, etc.).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working with global teams across geographies and cultures.
- (Nice to have) Familiarity with Workload Automation tools, such as Control-M.
