Job description:
- Create and post outgoing invoices.
- Process and book incoming invoices.
- Maintain Master data.
- Follow up on overdue invoices.
- Post current deposits and payments in the bank.
- Prepare manual transfers.
- Prepare statements and reports for public authorities.
- Prepare intrastat, EU Sales, and customs declarations.
- Preparing weekly cash flow requirements.
- Handle daily emails.
- Address inquiries related to AP and AR accounting.
- Ensure accuracy of data input into ERP system.
- Collaborate with regional finance team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in the finance area.
- Knowledge of Tax rules.
- Experience in AP and AR accounting department.
- Fluent Dutch and English.
- Effective planning of daily and monthly tasks.
