Your responsibilies:
- PTP Accountant:
Booking invoices in SAP
Handling of consignment stock invoices
Supporting in delivery notes uploads
Monitoring the approval flow of invoices
Supporting month end closing activities related to the Accounts Payable department
Building positive and strong relationships with the teamslocal
Possibility to support the payment process and PO creation process - OTC Accountant:
Processing Accounts Receivable transactions such as customer invoices and/or advances, account reconciliation and reporting
Supporting internal trade payments and cash application activities, handling of retentions and/or deductions
Collecting payments from customers, identifying disputes and overpayments and communicating overdues with business partners
Executing analysis and reports as assigned in accurate and timely manner
Ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are aware of progress and/or issues to maximize customer satisfaction
Supporting internal business
Our requirements:
- Experience in Finance (1-5 year) combined with understanding of Account Payable/ Accounts Receivable
Professional education (Economics, Finance and Accounting or related education)
Very good command of French (B2/C1) or German (B2/C1) + communicative English or only English on B2/C1 level
Exposure to Accounting tools and ERPs, SAP would be a plus
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular MS Excel)
Excellent communication skills, customer service orientation and attention to details
Ability to work in a team
Knowledge of the SSC/BPO environment - would be an asset
