RESPONSIBILITIES: Supporting teams handling securities transfers and inbound/outbound operations.
KEY TASKS:
- Ensuring timely processing of outbound and inbound securities transfers, including international transactions.
- Coordinating deliveries by assigning tasks to counterparties.
- Resolving tax-related issues associated with securities transfers.
- Assisting internal teams by addressing client inquiries through various systems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Basic knowledge of banking.
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Experience in securities preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to assess risk and analytical thinking.
- Independent decision-making capability.
- Personal skills such as conscientiousness, accuracy, teamwork, highly developed communication skills, ability to make decisions - nice to have
