We are currently supporting our client from the logistics industry, who is establishing a new Business Services Center in Warsaw. As part of this exciting growth, we are looking for candidates for the position of:
ATR Accountant with German or Dutch

Perform End to end accounting activities

Deliver financial book close requirements timely, based on set deadlines

Ensure compliance with relevant financial controls and statutory requirements as determined globally and locally

Complete deliverables and other assigned tasks within targeted timeline and SLA, including timely response to inquiries

Deliver tax and audit requirements on established deadlines

Serve as back-up resource in the absence of other team members

Perform other tasks and ad hoc activities that are deemed necessary as assigned

Perform monthly balance sheet review for in-scope entities, including verifying accuracy and substantiation of all relevant accounts, and implementing appropriate action points in case of deviation from acceptable accounting principles

Conduct financial statement analysis, coordinate with various process owners to consolidate specific accounting and tax information (as necessary), and provide reports on operational result

Coordination with internal and external auditors, as required.

Ensure corporate governance policies and procedures are in place and up to date

Adherence to RICC control framework, perform controls attestation.

Will support Region Team for Region Related Projects
Requirements:

3 or more years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in Multinational companies
- Fluent German or Dutch and English

Knowledge of German/Dutch GAAP and IFRS is a plus

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

Strong analytical skill

Good communication skill

An analytical mind that can link/ relate to and analyze information
