Responsibilities:
- Execution of monthly closing procedures.
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports using HFM and conducting in-depth data analysis.
- Data entry, maintenance, and contribution towards enhancing reporting capabilities in Business Intelligence platforms.
- Provision of financial support to business counterparts by facilitating the analysis of reported data.
- Enhancement of operational processes and maximization of system functionalities to drive automation and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in specialized domains such as FP&A, Controlling, Financial Audit, and Accounting.
- Academic background with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders across various organizational levels.
- Meticulous attention to detail and adeptness in identifying issues or discrepancies.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, extensive knowledge of SAP/Oracle and BI tools, along with MS Office proficiency.
- Demonstrated passion for continuous improvement and adeptness in navigating change management processes.
- Proficiency in English
