Location: near Rzeszów

 

About the role:

Major areas covered are payroll and benefits, organizational planning and development for implementation. Day to day issues of employee relations. Assist as needed in compensation, safety and compliance. Building and maintaining HR practices and objectives that will provide a balanced program throughout the organization.


Responsibility:

 

  • Develop and execute global compensation and benefits strategies, policies and procedures that are competitive, equitable, and compliant with local regulations.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure compensation and benefits packages remain competitive in the market and aligned with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative compensation structures, incentive programs and employee benefits packages.
  • Lead the administration of employee compensation programs, including salary reviews and bonus programs.
  • Manage relationships with external payroll provider to ensure the efficient delivery of payroll services.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR teams and business leaders on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations, salary negotiations and compliance issues.
  • Monitor and analyze trends in compensation and benefits practices, legislation and market conditions to proactively identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate actions.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a multinational or global organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices and regulations across multiple countries and regions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Experience in system implementations, data organization and standardization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel – must have.
  • Proficiency in English – must have (additional foreign languages as a bonus).
  • Willingness to travel internationally for business purposes.
