Responsibilities:

  • analysing global compensation programs
  • ensuring fairness, competitiveness and compliance across all regions
  • conducting salary surveys and market research to create competitive pay rates globally for various positions
  • designing and implementing procedures 
  • analysing compensation data and identifying trends
  • close cooperation with stakeholders: top management, business analysts, global HRIS
  • ensuring information flow according to compensation-related matters
  • driving diversity projects: ensuring equal pay across different locations within the organization

Requirements:

  • University degree, preferable: HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related
  • proven track record in similar position
  • practical knowledge of compensation analysis tools (Excel, HRIS, SAP, or related)
  • fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • proactivity and detail-orientation
