Responsibilities:

For our client – a well-established and growing company from the Shared Services sector based in Warsaw – we are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Customer Master Data Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining high-quality customer data. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and maintaining customer master records in line with global policies and local regulations

  • Monitoring data accuracy and consistency across systems, primarily in SAP

  • Conducting regular data audits and resolving discrepancies

  • Collaborating closely with departments such as Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to validate and enrich customer information

  • Supporting the onboarding process by ensuring accurate and timely customer data setup

  • Documenting procedures and proposing improvements to data management processes

  • Participating in ongoing initiatives related to automation, standardization, and system migrations

  • Managing and resolving data-related issues in partnership with IT and business teams

Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for someone who brings a solid foundation in data administration and a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position (Master Data, Customer Service, or Data Administration)

  • Hands-on experience working with SAP (especially customer master data) and Excel

  • Previous experience in an SSC or BPO setting is a strong plus

  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written (other languages are a plus)

  • High attention to detail and an analytical approach to problem-solving

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams

  • Good organizational skills, independence, and the ability to handle multiple priorities
