Duties:

  • Supporting Clients
  • Reporting & making service requests
  • Suggesting & implementing solutions to Clients
  • Reporting the results to superiors
  • Documentation management
  • Suggesting potential improvements

 

Requirements:

  • Advanced command of English (min. B2 level)
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems
  • Previous experience in helpdesk/ service desk/ customer service roles will be an asset
  • Excellent time - management / communication / organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills
