Duties:
- Supporting Clients
- Reporting & making service requests
- Suggesting & implementing solutions to Clients
- Reporting the results to superiors
- Documentation management
- Suggesting potential improvements
Requirements:
- Advanced command of English (min. B2 level)
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems
- Previous experience in helpdesk/ service desk/ customer service roles will be an asset
- Excellent time - management / communication / organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills
