Customer Service Specialist with Czech

Responsibilities:

  • Daily contact with the customers (by phone and e-mail and chat)
  • Offering customers the best solutions
  • Updating customers’ data in the system
  • Creating reports
  • Communicate with other company teams 

Requirements:

  • Experience in the customer service area (min. a few months)
  • Fluent knowledge of Czech (min. C1)
  • Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
  • University degree (bachelor/master)
  • Communicative, goal-oriented, teamwork, attention to detail, problem-Solving Skills
  • Openness for onboarding in the office in Warsaw (1 week), then remote or hybrid work (depending on your preferences)
