Customer Service Specialist with English

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer orders in SAP, including entry, pricing checks, availability validation, and invoicing.

Issue invoices and credit notes, either manually or through a dedicated IT platform.

Oversee logistics and delivery workflows for the Polish market, including tracking shipments and organizing special deliveries.

Process product returns and coordinate device upgrades.

Resolve customer and sales team queries or complaints professionally and efficiently.

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) by logging incoming requests and communications.

Support with customer database maintenance and perform regular data analysis.

Collaborate with your team and supervisor to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
What We’re Looking For:

Fluent in both Polish and English (spoken and written)

Hands-on experience with SAP systems

Residing in Warsaw or willing to relocate

Tech-savvy, quick to pick up new tools and systems

Proficient with MS Office
-
Able to multitask and perform well under pressure

Comfortable working autonomously as well as within a team
