Join our client’s team as a Customer Service Specialist with German! Are you looking for a flexible job where you can use your language skills and gain professional experience in customer support?

Responsibilities:
- Providing phone support to customers in the RTV/household electronics sector
- Diagnosing and helping solve technical issues (basic guidance – no repairs)
- Offering clear product information and instructions
- Logging service tickets in the internal system
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (C1 level)
- Good command of English (B1/B2 level)
- Basic understanding of how common appliances work (e.g. TVs, washing machines, refrigerators)
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Availability for at least 120 hours per month, including 1 Saturday per month
- Readiness to start on June 30
