  • providing excellent support to Clients from Portuguese or Spanish-speaking market in fintech industry
  • resolving issues in a timely manner and in-line with company's procedures and standards
  • guiding customers and handling complaints by phone and e-mail
  • monitoring financial markets situation and updates
  • administrative tasks in CRM

Your profile:

  • high proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish language (min. C1)
  • previous experience in customer service will be a plus
  • strong interpersonal skills with focus on solving problems
  • interest in financial markets or strong willingness to develop in fintech company
