Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data quality controls using Python to ensure data integrity.
- Design and create Power BI dashboards to help monitor and visualize data management processes.
- Conduct workshops with data domain teams to understand business data needs and deploy the Data Management Framework.
- Automate workflows to execute controls and enhance operational efficiency.
- Optimize code to ensure scalability and minimize technical debt.
- Collaborate with data experts and business domain managers to identify and address data-related challenges.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams to promote autonomy in data handling.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as a data engineer/analyst, working with Python for data processing and transformation.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with data engineering, modeling, and processing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Excellent planning, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with scalable and robust coding practices.
