Your responsibilities
- Transaction processing/control
- Reconciliations of accounting records versus custody positions
- Preparing and review of monthly trustee/control packs
- Investigation and resolving of queries from internal and external parties
- Office for National Statistics Reports preparation
- Effective Yield calculations and review
- Acting as an SME and point of contact for various stakeholders
- Investigation and resolving of complex fund accounting cases
- Participating in various calls and initiatives
- Supporting new hires by delivering on the job training and assisting in more complex queries
- Taking part in ACE projects, cross-trainings and internal meetings
Employer requirements
- First experience in accounting
- Practical knowledge and thorough understanding of various types of financial instruments (equities, bonds, ETD/OTC derivatives, corporate actions)
- Understanding of bookkeeping principles and fund accounting
- Knowledge of Bloomberg/Reuters will be an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Fluency in English as a working language
- Excellent communication skills & ability to work effectively as a team player
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with focus on meeting deadlines
- Dedication to quality and stress resilience
- Highly motivated and engaged with strong accountability and client focused mindset
- Solid PC literacy and command of MS Office, Excel in particular
