Requirements:

  • Fluent working French and English is essential (min C1)
  • Accuracy and client focus approach
  • Previous fund accounting or corporate accounting experience (+4 years)
  • Knowledge of Private Capital industry
  • Self-motivation, willingness to learn
  • Great organization skills and resilience
  • Proactivity and ability to take initiative
  • Good Knowledge of MS Excel
  • Strong communication skills – oral & written
  • Knowledge of eFront will be an asset  

Responsibilities:

  • Perform BAU tasks on a portfolio of up to 15 funds (i.e. bookkeeping, cash and asset reconciliations, accruals calculation, NAV calculation), in accordance with procedures and deadlines.
  • Review work performed by other team members, providing guidance and signoff in case of complex transactions/funds
  • Monitor the team’s activities, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of reporting  
  • Train and develop less experienced team members, acting as a go-to person in case of technical development / questions.
  • Take responsibility for the whole team, providing support for Team Leader, ensuring team’s KPIs are satisfactory
  • Co-operate with the Team Leader on various projects including co-ordinating migration of fund reporting from France 
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen processes and implement improvements/ efficiencies
