For our client - an international company we are looking for candidates for the position of:
HRIS Analyst
Location: Warsaw (hybrid model)
Responsibilities:
- Creation, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of HR data
- Working in the reporting module of SAP SuccessFactors (Canvas Reports, Table Reports)
- Knowledge of Power BI and Crystal Reports is a plus but not required
- HRIS support and collaboration with the global team
Requirements:
- Familiarity with HR concepts and systems, with at least two -three years of experience in HR-related systems administration, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resource management, information systems, or a related field is required
- Advanced skills in MS Excel are essential, along with proficiency in English (spoken & written)
