For our client - an international company currently we are looking for candidates for the position of:
Inside Sales Specialist with German
Tasks:
- Follow up on inbound leads and make outbound cold calls and emails
- Identify key players and generate interest in potential clients
- Support building training curriculum & Work Instructions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage trust and loyalty
- Provide subject matter expertise for complex issues.
- Build training curriculum & Work Instructions.
- Contacting and following up with customers to resolve issues.
- Interact with different stakeholders proactively to resolve issues
- Provide subject matter expertise & leadership while giving resolution for complex issues
- 2-3 years of experience in a BPO environment
Requirements:
- Good understanding of Supply Chain management
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools preferred
- Very good knowledge of German (min. B2) & good English (min. B1)
- Any Bachelors degree
- Proficient MS Excel
- Analytical/troubleshooting/diagnosis/problem solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Comfortable making many calls per day
- Good written & oral communication skills with internal customers
- Customer / Client facing experience would be handy
- Training experience & experience in creating knowledge base would be an advantage
